I have been using this daily since I got it (a week ago). I had used a similar one at my daughter's house, so in comparison, it isn't as hers. Perhaps the rolling balls are smaller? Not sure. But overall it does what is expected. I always set it on high intensity to get the massage I want, sometimes I use the vibration and heat, It was easy to set up.

Massager is good and massages well. Low medium high intensities let you choose which one you want and there is option for spot massaging as well.Seat has vibration. Massagers Doesn't reach neck unless you get little lower but overall I would say it does work as expected and massages well.
This thing is one of the best purchases I have ever made! It does exactly what it says and more. First, the massage is very comfortable. I used it on the low setting, so I can only imagine what it feels like on the higher one. It gets to all of the achy areas in my chronically painful back. It also heats my seat and vibrates. The massage almost feels like human hands--so it does not feel like metal poking you. Finally, and I saved the best for last, it has a feature that allows you to concentrate the massage on one specific area!!!!!!! OMG. I could not believe how good it felt. This thing is life changing, and is going to save me an awful lot of money--as we have been paying $150 a pop to get massages. I got mine on sale for around $70. I am so happy right now. Buy it.
